ASCEND was founded in 2007 by Keith and Angela Levin, whose son, Cade, is profoundly affected by autism. Living in a rural community in Arizona, they started the ASCEND School after a challenging journey finding appropriate support for him. Now, nearly two decades later, ASCEND has expanded into adult day programs, and a residential home, in addition to the K-12 school, all for helping individuals and families navigating and overcoming the challenges autism can bring.
